Baldwin County/Habitat for Humanity Milledgeville-Baldwin County ($1,312,000): The Baldwin County Board of Commissioners will use the Federal funding to build new affordable housing units in Baldwin County, working alongside Habitat for Humanity Milledgeville-Baldwin County. [FY26 appropriations] 

Community Health Care Systems ($472,000): Community Health Care Systems, Inc. will use the Federal funding to expand its mobile vision care services for students enrolled in Johnson, Baldwin, Hancock, and Twiggs County Schools, including monthly eye clinics at schools and outreach to rural areas, helping ensure students receive necessary vision care without missing school. [FY26 appropriations] 

Baldwin County ($1,100,000): Baldwin County will use the Federal funding to upgrade sewer infrastructure of Smith-Sibley Industrial Park. [FY24 appropriations] 

Board of Regents, University System of Georgia ($1,200,000): The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia will use the Federal funding to renovate and design a new library in Milledgeville. [FY23 appropriations] 

Upper Oconee Basin Water Authority ($1,000,000): The Upper Oconee Basin Water Authority will use the Federal funding to increase their water treatment center’s capacity for residents of Barrow, Jackson, and Oconee Counties. [FY24 appropriations] 

SGMC Berrien ($1,871,000): SGMC Berrien will use the Federal funding to construct a nine-room Emergency Department at South Georgia Medical Center’s Berrien Hospital to increase access to health care for families. [FY24 appropriations] 

Macon Bibb County Economic Opportunity Council ($280,000): The Macon Bibb County Economic Opportunity Council will use the Federal funding to purchase two additional ADA-equipped vehicles and two additional 15-passenger vehicles. Currently, the Council does not have enough vehicles to serve all clients with mobility issues. [FY26 appropriations] 

Atrium Health Navicent ($558,000): Atrium Health will use the Federal funding to purchase ambulances to serve a four-county response area in Central Georgia to boost access to emergency health care services. [FY24 appropriations] 

United Way of Central Georgia ($234,000): United Way of Central Georgia will use the Federal funding to provide critical upgrades to a homeless shelter in Macon. [FY24 appropriations] 

Macon-Bibb County Urban Development Authority ($310,000): The Macon-Bibb County Urban Development Authority will use the Federal funding to transform the historic Dewitt-McCrary house into a cultural center and headquarters for the Muscogee (Creek) Nation in Macon. [FY24 appropriations] 

City of Cochran ($700,000): The city of Cochran will use the Federal funding to upgrade wastewater infrastructure in the City of Cochran. [FY24 appropriations] 

Bulloch County ($1,000,000): Bulloch County will use the Federal funding to install a new sewer main force to serve unserved and underserved areas of Bulloch County. [FY24 appropriations] 

Georgia Southern University ($2,040,000): Georgia Southern will use the Federal funding to support a public health research and education program to ensure access to safe water among Coastal Georgia communities. [FY24 appropriations] 

City of Waynesboro ($1,000,000): The City of Waynesboro will use the Federal funding to replace sewer mains and piping to ensure reliable service for residents of Waynesboro. [FY26 appropriations] 

National Park Service ($8,700,000): The National Park Service will use the Federal funding to expand the acreage and protection of the Cumberland Island National Seashore. [FY23 appropriations] 

Candler County Industrial Authority ($1,126,000): The Candler County Industrial Authority will use the Federal funding to rehabilitate 12.3 miles of short-line freight rail track and to improve safety on two community crossings between Metter and Register Georgia to permit safe, daytime freight operations. [FY23 appropriations] 

City of Carrollton Police Department ($76,000): The City of Carrollton Police Department will use the Federal funding to upgrade its investigative technology to better protect its residents. These new Federal resources will allow the city to purchase a crime scene laser scanner that will better document crime scenes and train law enforcement on the scanner’s use. [FY26 appropriations] 

CommonSpirit – Memorial Hospital ($964,000): CommonSpirit – Memorial Hospital will use the Federal funding to upgrade technology in their hospital in Ringgold, including smart technology that will enable real-time telehealth consultations with patients and support tracking of patient needs for higher levels of care. [FY26 appropriations] 

CHI Memorial Hospital Georgia ($1,500,000): CHI Memorial Hospital will use the Federal funding to help replace their outdated original facility with a state-of-the-art hospital to meet the needs of families in Catoosa, Walker, and Dade counties. [FY24 appropriations] 

City of Savannah ($1,248,000): The City of Savannah will use the Federal funding to upgrade their reservoir to provide reliable and resilient water supply to the City in the event of a well outage or water main break. [FY26 appropriations] 

Chatham County ($1,678,000): Chatham County will use the Federal funding to purchase playground equipment, classroom furniture, and kitchen appliances for the new early childhood learning center in East Savannah. [FY26 appropriations] 

Hospice Savannah, Inc. ($295,000): Hospice Savannah will use the Federal funding to purchase three minivans and one transit mid-sized bus to help seniors in Coastal Georgia get to the doctor and get the care they need. [FY26 appropriations] 

Georgia Ports Authority ($48,901,000): The Georgia Ports Authority will use the Federal funding for the ongoing dredging of the Savannah Harbor project to accommodate vessel traffic and support ongoing operations. [FY26 appropriations] 

Over the Moon Diaper Bank ($381,000): Over the Moon will use the Federal funding to distribute diapers and other basic needs to families in and around Savannah. [FY24 appropriations] 

Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia ($3,000,000): The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia will use the Federal funding to help build a new library in Savannah. [FY24 appropriations] 

Chatham County ($642,000): Chatham County will use the Federal funding to renovate the West Broad Street YMCA in Savannah, Georgia. [FY24 appropriations] 

City of Savannah ($3,000,000): The City of Savannah will use the Federal funding to increase sewer capacity for the future economic growth within the West and Southwest Areas of Chatham County and the City of Savannah. [FY24 appropriations] 

Chatham County ($1,200,000): Chatham County will use the Federal funding to help construct new emergency operations center for Chatham County and its surrounding areas. [FY23 appropriations] 

Georgia Institute of Technology ($215,000): Georgia Institute of Technology will use the Federal funding to develop & deliver professional development to partners at four military installations in south GA, providing materials & supplies needed to participate in robotics and innovation competitions & host regionally specific competitive events. [FY23 appropriations] 

Savannah State University ($616,000): Savannah State University will use the Federal funding to expand courses within the cybersecurity track of the Computer Science Technology Degree program. [FY23 appropriations] 

Senior Citizens, Inc. ($489,000): Senior Citizens, Inc. will use the Federal funding to expand kitchen production and establish several staging locations within the counties to expand service to help more seniors who are facing food insecurity receive meals. [FY23 appropriations] 

Chatham Area Transit Authority ($2,250,000): Chatham Area Transit Authority will use the Federal funding to establish a Paratransit Mobility Maintenance Facility to help maintain ADA transit services for paratransit customers. [FY23 appropriations] 

Georgia Institute of Technology ($5,000,000): Georgia Tech will use the Federal funding for the Coastal Equity and Resilience Hub, which aims to develop the knowledge and tools to design adaptive coastal infrastructure and equitable resilience strategies under projected future sea level rise scenarios along the Georgia coastline. [FY22 appropriations] 

Atrium Health Floyd ($1,500,000): Atrium Health Floyd will use the Federal funding to expand the hospital’s emergency department in Chattooga County to include outpatient diagnostic services currently unavailable to rural residents. [FY26 appropriations]

University of Georgia Research Foundation Inc. ($420,000): The University of Georgia will use the Federal funding to provide dementia education, diagnosis, and support resources to patients in rural Georgia. [FY26 appropriations] 

University of Georgia Research Foundation, Inc. ($500,000): The University of Georgia will use the Federal funding to support small businesses looking to compete for Federal contracts with on-demand training and workshops to help grow their businesses. [FY26 appropriations] 

Athens Model Neighborhood Health Center, Inc. ($1,001,000): Athens Model Neighborhood Health Center will use the Federal funding to purchase two fully equipped mobile units to bring dental services to children who attend Athens-Clarke County District schools. [FY26 appropriations] 

Athens Regional Library System ($198,000): Athens Regional Library System will use the Federal funding to provide equipment, tools, and programming to foster small business creativity and entrepreneurship in Athens-Clarke County. [FY26 appropriations] 

University of Georgia Research Foundation ($500,000): The UGA Research Foundation will use the Federal funding to strengthen the University of Georgia’s research on dementia to improve care for patients. [FY24 appropriations] 

U.S. National Poultry Research Center ($1,000,000): The U.S. National Poultry Research Center will use the Federal funding to fund repairs and maintenance to the U.S. National Poultry Research Center’s Southeast Poultry Research Laboratory. [FY23 appropriations] 

Athens Area Habitat for Humanity, Inc. ($2,882,000): Athens Area Habitat for Humanity, Inc. will use the Federal funding to begin design, planning, and construction of new affordable housing units. [FY23 appropriations] 

Helping Mamas ($449,000): Helping Mamas will use the Federal funding to provide diapers to low-income families in and around Albany and Athens. [FY23 appropriations] 

City of Riverdale ($784,000): The City of Riverdale will use the Federal funding to purchase new vehicles and equipment to replace their aging fleet. [FY26 appropriations] 

City of Riverdale ($1,000,000): The City of Riverdale, working with GDOT, will use the Federal funding to install sidewalks along Church Street in a residential area of Riverdale, which will help improve safety and accessibility for residents. [FY26 appropriations] 

Clayton County Board of Commissioners ($1,200,000): The Clayton County Board of Commissioners will use the Federal funding to construct a small business incubator in South Metro Atlanta to support entrepreneurship and job creation. [FY26 appropriations] 

Clayton State University ($425,000): Clayton State University will use the Federal funding to establish a crime scene investigation lab that will offer hands-on training. These resources will be used to purchase forensic tools, equipment, technology, and will also support partnerships with local law enforcement and the medical examiner’s office. [FY26 appropriations] 

Southern Regional Medical Center ($1,222,000): Southern Regional Medical Center will use the Federal funding to establish a Sickle Cell Wellness Treatment Center, which will focus on wellness, prevention of complications, and proactive care. [FY26 appropriations] 

City of College Park ($2,134,000): The City of College Park will use the Federal funding to upgrade its drinking water infrastructure. The Federal resources will help the city replace lead pipes with ductile iron pipes, improving drinking water quality for families. [FY26 appropriations] 

Library Foundation of Clayton County, Inc. ($300,000): The Library Foundation of Clayton County will use the Federal funding to provide training sessions to help veterans start and grow small businesses by offering instruction, training, and support with a strong focus on veterans transitioning into civilian life. These resources will allow the Library Foundation to expand their reach to even more veterans and offer more resources and workshops. [FY26 appropriations] 

Southern Crescent Habitat for Humanity ($500,000): The Southern Crescent Habitat for Humanity will use the Federal funding to build and renovate homes for families in Clayton County. [FY24 appropriations] 

Clayton County Board of Commissioners ($300,000): Clayton County will use the Federal funding to develop a real-time crime emergency operations center, which will also be an office EOC during disasters. [FY24 appropriations] 

Clayton County Board of Commissioners ($2,688,000): Clayton County will use the Federal funding to acquire land and install new, green retention infrastructure and reconstruct existing stormwater management structures that will aid in recapturing both surface and subsurface stormwater runoff to lessen the impact of water to nearby homes and roadways. [FY23 appropriations] 

Ser Familia, Inc. ($492,000): Ser Familia, Inc. will use the Federal funding to create a comprehensive and culturally proficient family resource center for Latino families in Clayton County. [FY23 appropriations] 

Atlanta Legal Aid Society, Inc. ($260,000): Atlanta Legal Aid Society, Inc. will use the Federal funding to fund legal services project for at-risk renters. [FY23 appropriations] 

City of College Park ($373,000): The City of College Park will use the Federal funding to improve the investigative resources and efficiency of the police force. [FY23 appropriations] 

City of College Park ($800,000): The City of College Park will use the Federal funding to upgrade the Deteriorated Storm Water System on Lyle Avenue and Best Road in College Park, Georgia. [FY23 appropriations] 

Southern Regional Medical Center ($1,154,000): Southern Regional Medical Center will use the Federal funding to expand care for those suffering from mental health and substance abuse issues. [FY22 appropriations] 

Clinch Memorial Hospital ($450,000): Clinch Memorial Hospital will use the Federal funding to purchase a new CT scanner and mammogram machine to strengthen their radiology Department and to purchase a dedicated hospital-owned ambulance for non-emergency medical transport. [FY26 appropriations] 

SafePath Children’s Advocacy Center, Inc. ($100,000): SafePath Children’s Advocacy Center, Inc. will use the Federal funding to strengthen support for child victims of abuse, trafficking, and maltreatment. [FY26 appropriations] 

LiveSafe Resources, Inc. ($116,000): LiveSafe Resources, Inc. will use the Federal funding to upgrade their computer security and equipment to strengthen services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. [FY26 appropriations] 

The Extension, Inc. ($787,000): The Extension, Inc. will use the Federal funding to provide pre-release substance use disorder treatment and reduce recidivism. [FY26 appropriations] 

Kennesaw State University ($978,000): Kennesaw State University will use the Federal funding to construct research and testing infrastructure to validate domestically manufactured advanced energy technologies. [FY26 appropriations] 

Cobb & Douglas Public Health ($3,000,000): Cobb & Douglas Public Health will use the Federal funding to build a new integrated S. Cobb Public Health Campus to offer affordable services and provide public health, primary care, behavioral health, and community support services. [FY26 appropriations] 

Ser Familia ($1,894,000): Ser Familia will use the Federal funding to renovate and update the second floor of the facility to host a community health clinic, a non-profit incubator, mental health and family services group work, and some additional youth programming. [FY26 appropriations] 

City of Powder Springs ($500,000): The City of Powder Springs, working with GDOT, will use the Federal funding to construct intersection improvements aimed at enhancing the flow of traffic and increasing pedestrian safety in Powder Springs. [FY26 appropriations] 

Cumberland Community Improvement District ($1,000,000): The Cumberland Community Improvement District, in partnership with the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area, will use the Federal funding to support Phase Two of the New Day Palisades project supporting the rehabilitation of Paces Mill, which will include a new and expanded Visitor Information Center as well as a Boardwalk Shade Pavillion to enhance river access. [FY26 appropriations] 

Wellstar Health System, Inc. ($500,000): Wellstar Health System will use the Federal funding to purchase a mammography unit for its Maternal Mobile Health Clinic. [FY26 appropriations] 

Greater Wealth Works, Inc. ($250,000): Greater Wealth Works, Inc. will use the Federal funding to provide training, mentoring, and counseling services to small businesses in Cobb County and across West Georgia. [FY26 appropriations] 

Ser Familia ($500,000): Ser Familia will use the Federal funding to help create a comprehensive and culturally proficient family resource center for Latino families in the Fair Oaks community. [FY24 appropriations] 

Dobbins Air Reserve Base ($22,000,000): The Federal funding will be used to provide a properly configured, adequately sized modern facility to provide vital training to security forces personnel.

Cobb Family Advocacy Center ($1,550,000): The Cobb County DA’s office will use the Federal funding to help open a Family Advocacy Center (FAC) to serve victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, sexual assault, and child abuse, including immigrants and victims with language barriers.

Cobb County Sheriff’s Office ($259,000): The Cobb County Sheriff’s Office will use the Federal funding for the licensing for a modern radio network capability that will allow Cobb County to extend the radio system into pre-existing county buildings that have no or little radio signal coverage, utilizing existing internal Wi-Fi networks.

Status: Home, Inc. ($477,000): Status: Home will use the Federal funding to enhance the standard of living for Georgians living with HIV/AIDS. FY24 appropriations] 

Dobbins Air Reserve Base ($5,000,000): The Federal funding will be used to support an 800-member training facility comprised of administrative, educational, assembly, arms vault, weapons simulator, physical fitness, and storage areas for Army Reserve units. [FY23 appropriations] 

Cobb County Department of Transportation ($2,500,000): Cobb County will use the Federal funding for the Chattahoochee RiverLands project, which will support Phase II of the Chattahoochee RiverLands greenway trail to better connect communities along the river and the Metro Atlanta region. [FY22 appropriations] 

Cumberland Community Improvement District (Cumberland CID) ($1,000,000): Cumberland CID will use the Federal funding to preserve and protect the 48-mile Chattahoochee River corridor from the Buford Dam to Peachtree Creek, and its associated natural and cultural resources. [FY22 appropriations] 

City of Cordele ($250,000): The City of Cordele will use the Federal funding to upgrade their wastewater lift stations, aimed at helping prevent sewer spills and backups. [FY26 appropriations] 

Crisp Regional Hospital ($1,000,000): Crisp Regional Hospital will use the Federal funding to help conduct key infrastructure improvements and patient safety upgrades to its facility, including boiler replacements for hot water and updates to the fire alarm systems and cooling towers. [FY26 appropriations] 

Crisp Regional Health Services ($399,000): Crisp Regional Health Services will use the Federal funding to increase access to health care services at Crisp Regional Hospital through utilization of transportation services. [FY22 appropriations] 

Women’s Resource Center to End Domestic Violence ($372,000): The Women’s Resource Center to End Domestic Violence will use the Federal funding to fund their Legal Advocacy Program, which helps survivors access legal protections such as Temporary Protective Orders. [FY26 appropriations] 

DeKalb County ($726,625): DeKalb County will use the Federal funding to install a backup power supply at the Lithonia Pump Station to help DeKalb County maintain water services for residents during power outages. [FY26 appropriations] 

DeKalb County ($561,150): DeKalb County will use the Federal funding to upgrade drinking water infrastructure. [FY26 appropriations] 

DeKalb County ($1,479,000): DeKalb County will use the Federal funding to replace asbestos cement pipes serving hundreds of DeKalb County residents. [FY26 appropriations] 

City of Stone Mountain ($1,781,000): Stone Mountain, working with GDOT, will use the Federal funding to improve safety, mobility and connectivity at Main Street and Mimosa Drive in Stone Mountain. Improvements include a variety of new pedestrian upgrades to ensure residents and visitors can safely navigate downtown and connect to Stone Mountain Trail. [FY26 appropriations] 

City of Clarkston ($2,000,000): Clarkston, working with GDOT, will use the Federal funding to construct part of the Clarkston Greenway Trail, which will connect to residential areas and provide direct access to downtown Clarkston. [FY26 appropriations] 

Easter Seals North Georgia ($767,000): Easter Seals North Georgia will use the Federal funding to fund community health workers, training, and equipment, including a transport van. [FY26 appropriations] 

Emory University ($476,000): Emory University will use the Federal funding to purchase equipment for the NICU at Emory Decatur Hospital, including advanced temperature management systems to help prevent brain injury for babies who suffer traumatic births and two full-feature incubators and radiant warmers. [FY26 appropriations] 

Oglethorpe University ($105,000): Oglethorpe University will use the Federal funding to expand the Business Empowerment Zone program at Oglethorpe University by upgrading technology and expanding small business support services. [FY26 appropriations] 

Agnes Scott College ($1,001,000): Agnes Scott will use the Federal funding to provide new academic and workforce development opportunities in maternal, neonatal, and pediatric health care. [FY24 appropriations] 

City of Dunwoody ($850,000): The City of Dunwoody, working with GDOT, will use the Federal funding to help create a pedestrian trail alongside I-285. [FY24 appropriations] 

Latin American Association ($200,000): The Latin American Association will use the Federal funding to provide equipment and instructional material purchases for the Pathway to Success program. [FY24 appropriations] 

City of Decatur ($500,000): The City of Decatur will use the Federal funding to install clean energy technology to reduce costs and lower emissions. [FY23 appropriations] 

Georgia State University ($400,000): Georgia State University will use the Federal funding to expand GSU’s Community-Based English program to support English as a Second Language instruction. [FY23 appropriations] 

Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) ($1,000,000): MARTA will use the Federal funding to increase mobility by connecting local routes and providing customers with enhanced amenities in Stonecrest. [FY23 appropriations] 

City of Doraville ($1,529,000): The City of Doraville, working with GDOT, will use the Federal funding to improve the pedestrian safety and multimodal access in Doraville along Buford Highway. [FY23 appropriations] 

Ethiopian Community Association in Atlanta ($842,000): The Ethiopian Community Association in Atlanta will use the Federal funding to renovate and improve the local Ethiopian Community Center in Stone Mountain. [FY23 appropriations]

Albany Area Primary Health Care ($1,806,000): Albany Area Primary Health Care will use the Federal funding to modernize their East Albany Medical Center, improve patient flow, and expand clinical capacity to meet the growing healthcare needs of residents in one of the region’s most medically underserved areas. [FY26 appropriations] 

Flint River Fresh ($269,000): Flint River Fresh will use the Federal funding to allow for more farm to school programs in Dougherty County and increase access to fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables. [FY24 appropriations] 

YMCA of Albany ($240,000): The YMCA of Albany will use the Federal funding to renovate facilities serving families in the Albany area. [FY24 appropriations]

Flint River Fresh ($299,000): Flint River Fresh will use the Federal funding to build Community Farm Site infrastructure to improve efficiency and increase access to fresh fruits and vegetables for low-income communities within Dougherty County. [FY22 appropriations 

City of Fayetteville ($92,000): The City of Fayetteville will use the Federal funding to secure a new Opioid Detection System to strengthen public safety and combat fentanyl trafficking. [FY26 appropriations] 

AdventHealth Redmond ($934,000): The Federal funding will help AdventHealth Redmond launch the Northwest Georgia Rural Initiative for Transportation (NW-GRIT), which aims to provide non-emergency transport to improve access to community and mental health resources for residents. [FY26 appropriations] 

Rome Floyd County Development Authority ($5,160,000): The Rome Floyd County Development Authority will use the Federal funding for renovation of land, construction of infrastructure, and demolition of older buildings. [FY23 appropriations] 

Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office ($277,598): The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office will use the Federal funding to expand their Crisis Intervention Response Team, which helps to decrease the number of arrests and improve mental health services by pairing a specially trained sheriff’s deputy with a clinician to form a co-response team to respond to mental health calls. [FY26 appropriations]

Clark Atlanta University ($850,000): Clark Atlanta will use the Federal funding to strengthen their research and education programs that focus on the early detection and treatment of prostate cancer for Black Georgians. [FY26 appropriations] 

Morris Brown College ($1,500,000): Morris Brown College will use the Federal funding to strengthen workforce development opportunities for Morris Brown College students with a new hospitality education program. [FY26 appropriations] 

100 Black Men of Atlanta, Inc. ($320,000): 100 Black Men of Atlanta will use the Federal funding to strengthen and expand its Fatherhood Initiative. [FY26 appropriations] 

ATLVets, Inc. ($223,000): ATLVets will use the Federal funding to provide training and support for veterans transitioning from service to running businesses. [FY26 appropriations] 

City of East Point ($1,250,000): The City of East Point will use the Federal funding to install PFAS removal filters to existing drinking water pipes, helping improve drinking water quality for families. [FY26 appropriations] 

City of East Point ($1,092,000): The City of East Point will use the Federal funding for stormwater infrastructure upgrades along Norman Berry Drive, including a storm water main replacement and headwall restoration to improve stormwater flows and prevent sink holes in the area. [FY26 appropriations]

City of South Fulton ($1,092,000): The City of South Fulton will use the Federal funding to help upgrade the city’s stormwater infrastructure, including the replacement of old stormwater pipes and measures to mitigate the effect of flooding near homes. [FY26 appropriations] 

City of South Fulton Police Department ($405,000): The Police Department will use the Federal funding to establish a new high-visibility law enforcement team to conduct traffic enforcement, provide data analysis regarding accident locations, and strengthen public safety efforts. [FY26 appropriations] 

City of College Park ($2,134,000): The City of College Park will use the Federal funding to help replace lead pipes with ductile iron pipes, improving drinking water quality for families. [FY26 appropriations] 

Urban League of Greater Atlanta ($1,204,000): The Urban League of Greater Atlanta will use the Federal funding to help train the Metro Atlanta workforce with a focus on skills that lead to livable wage jobs and careers in construction and the building trades. [FY26 appropriations] 

YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta, Inc. ($1,039,000): YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta will use the Federal funding to upgrade infrastructure at the Arthur M. Blank Family Youth YMCA, the Andrew and Walter Young Family YMCA, and the Villages at Carver Family YMCA, including new lighting, roof repairs, and other infrastructure renovations. [FY26 appropriations]

City of Atlanta ($2,000,000): The City of Atlanta, working with GDOT, will use the Federal funding to help build a pedestrian bridge over I-20 at Bill Kennedy Way to ensure pedestrians and cyclists can safely access the Southside Beltline Trail. [FY26 appropriations] 

City of Atlanta ($1,200,000): The City of Atlanta, working with GDOT, will use the funding to design and construct streetscape improvements along in downtown Atlanta to improve safety, accessibility, and quality of life for residents and visitors. [FY26 appropriations]

Atlanta Habitat for Humanity ($2,000,000): Atlanta Habitat for Humanity will use the Federal funding to build affordable new homes for families in Atlanta. [FY24 appropriations] 

YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta, Inc. ($606,000): The YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta will use the Federal funding to help renovate the play spaces at the Andrew and Walter Young Family Y on Campbellton Road SW; the East Lake Family Y Teen and Youth Center on Eva Davis Way SE; and the Arthur Blank Family Youth Y on Luckie St NW. [FY24 appropriations]  

City of Roswell ($1,769,000): The City of Roswell will use the Federal funding to create new park amenities, including a playground, shade structure, picnic pavilion, and community gardens for families in Roswell. [FY24 appropriations]  

Georgia Institute of Technology ($3,800,000): The Federal funding will be used to create a hub for battery manufacturing at Georgia Tech, with collaboration from the Technical College System, that will support the growth of the energy storage industry in Georgia and the region. [FY24 appropriations]

The Healing Hands Clinic of Gordon County ($190,000): The Healing Hands Clinic of Gordon County, a nonprofit, free medical clinic for residents of Gordon County, will use the Federal funding to acquire much-needed medical and office equipment and make upgrades to its new facility, including additional treatment rooms and roof repairs. [FY26 appropriations] 

Helping Mamas, Inc. ($268,000): Helping Mamas Inc. will use the Federal funding to purchase and distribute more diapers to families, helping ease financial strain for families facing rising costs. [FY26 appropriations] 

City of Norcross Police Department ($450,000): The City of Norcross Police Department will use the Federal funding to establish a Real Time Crime Center (RTCC) to serve as a centralized command hub that will enable law enforcement to respond more swiftly to incidents and analyze critical public safety data in real-time. [FY26 appropriations] 

Gwinnett County Public Library Foundation, Inc. ($334,000): Gwinnett County Public Library Foundation will use the Federal funding to expand access to resources and tailored support for small businesses and entrepreneurs in Gwinnett County. [FY26 appropriations] 

Ser Familia, Inc. ($500,000): Ser Familia will use the Federal funding to expand mental health services for seniors and families in Cobb, Gwinnett, and Clayton counties. [FY26 appropriations]

Vision to Learn ($400,000): Vision to Learn will use the Federal funding to purchase and retrofit an additional mobile vision clinic to improve access to eye exams and glasses to children in Georgia. [FY24 appropriations] 

Gwinnett County ($1,000,000): The Gwinnett County Department of Transportation, working with GDOT, will use the Federal funding to create a new outdoor trail for families in Gwinnett County. [FY24 appropriations]

Habitat for Humanity of Hall County ($1,005,000): Habitat for Humanity of Hall County will use this Federal funding to build a new home development in the City of Gainesville. The Federal funding will enable Habitat to complete the surveying and water sources for each home and build the first 3 homes in the development. [FY26 appropriations] 

Boys & Girls Club of Lanier, Inc. ($190,000): The Boys and Girls Clubs of Lanier will use the Federal funding to $190,000 to purchase two vans for transportation that will take participants to and from their programming that provides tutoring, mentoring, and other academic support. [FY26 appropriations] 

Salvation Army of Gainesville ($1,800,000): The Salvation Army of Gainesville will use this Federal funding to renovate their homeless shelter, upgrade kitchen and dining areas, and renovate the gym and childcare facilities with the funding. [FY26 appropriations] 

Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Inc. ($2,100,000): Northeast Georgia Medical Center will use the Federal funding to help construct a new rooftop helipad and dedicated elevator to provide better and safer access to life-saving health care for people across Northeast Georgia. [FY23 appropriations] 

Hancock County ($1,750,000): Hancock County will use the Federal funding to renovate the playground, youth sports facilities, picnic areas, pavilions, and other gathering spaces in Hancock County Recreational Park. [FY26 appropriations] 

Community Health Care Systems, Inc. ($472,000): Community Health Care Systems, Inc., will use the Federal funding to expand its mobile vision services for school-based clinics in Johnson, Twiggs, Baldwin and Hancock counties, including to support monthly eye clinics at schools and outreach to rural areas, ensuring students receive necessary vision care without missing school. [FY26 appropriations] 

City of Hampton ($954,000): The City of Hampton will use the Federal funding to implement critical stormwater infrastructure improvements and reduce flooding along Woolsey Road.  [FY26 appropriations] 

Henry County ($1,149,000): Henry County will use the Federal funding to purchase equipment for its new Emergency Operations Center, including display, video, and control systems equipment. [FY26 appropriations] 

Central Georgia Technical College Foundation ($300,000): Central Georgia Technical College, in partnership with the Georgia Veterans Education Career Transition Resource (VECTR) Center, will use the Federal funding to enhance access to workforce training and postsecondary education for veterans, active-duty service members, and their families. The project will fund workforce development training, including direct training, career coaching, resume and interview preparation, and student supplies such as books, certifications, and more. [FY26 appropriations] 

Hospital Authority of Irwin County ($1,450,000): Irwin County Hospital will use the Federal funding to help purchase a new MRI machine and conduct key upgrades to the hospital facility, including HVAC system replacements and new security upgrades. [FY26 appropriations] 

City of Arcade ($1,000,000): The City of Arcade will use the Federal funding to improve and expand sewer services across the City. [FY26 appropriations] 

Upper Oconee Basin Water Authority ($1,000,000): The Upper Oconee Basin Water Authority will use the Federal funding to increase the water treatment center’s capacity for residents of Barrow, Jackson, and Oconee Counties. [FY24 appropriations] 

City of Millen ($1,500,000): The City will use the Federal funding to install and connect an elevated water tank to the City’s water system.  According to local leaders, the elevated water tank will help connect the city’s water system to a new industrial development park, supporting economic development in Jenkins County.  [FY26 appropriations] 

City of Barnesville ($2,000,000): The City of Barnesville will use the Federal funding for a multi-phase sewer improvement project to replace their small, antiquated sanitary sewer system. [FY26 appropriations] 

City of Dublin ($1,820,000): The City of Dublin will use the Federal funding to help construct a new fire station in the northern portion of Dublin, GA. [FY23 appropriations] 

Lee County Board of Commissioners ($1,092,000): The Lee County Board of Commissioners will use the Federal funding to improve drinking water quality for their residents. This upgrade will also allow Lee County to have a centralized source of drinking water rather than relying on several small, private wells. [FY26 appropriations] 

Fort Stewart-Hunter Army Airfield ($6,400,000): The Federal funding will be used to plan and design of a Combat Aviation Brigade General Support Aviation Battalion. [FY24 appropriations]

Behavioral Health Services of South Georgia ($211,000): Behavioral Health Services of South Georgia will use the Federal funding to support a co-responder program to strengthen mental health crisis response. [FY26 appropriations] 

City of Valdosta ($845,000): The City of Valdosta will use the Federal funding to purchase a burn building with an attached 4-story training tower. [FY26 appropriations]   

City of Valdosta ($328,000): The City of Valdosta will use the Federal funding to purchase a fully equipped quick-response vehicle for the Valdosta Fire Department. [FY26 appropriations] 

Legacy Behavioral Health ($348,000): Legacy Behavioral Health will use the Federal funding to purchase a customized van to serve as a mobile behavioral health clinic. [FY26 appropriations] 

SGMC Health ($1,581,000): SGMH Health will use the Federal funding to purchase medical equipment to expand access to maternal and infant care for families across South Georgia. [FY26 appropriations] 

Greater Valdosta United Way ($213,000): Greater Valdosta United Way will use the Federal funding to establish a 211 Contact Center to provide callers with services relating to housing, utilities, and food assistance in their local area. [FY24 appropriations] 

Moody Air Force Base ($1,100,000): The Federal funding will be used to provide a modern and suitable operations facility for the 23rd Security Forces Squadron at Moody AFB. [FY23 appropriations]

University of North Georgia ($700,000): The University of North Georgia will use the Federal funding to expand clinical training capacity through new patient simulators and clinical education supplies at its Dahlonega and Blue Ridge campuses. [FY26 appropriations]

McDuffie County School System ($105,000): The McDuffie County School System will use the Federal funding to equip an outdoor lake area to expand and teach the concepts of STEM for McDuffie County School System students. [FY24 appropriations] 

McDuffie County Board of Commissioners ($1,100,000): McDuffie County will use the Federal funding to extend municipal sanitary sewer service to serve more families in McDuffie County. [FY24 appropriations] 

City of Thomson ($965,000): The City of Thomson will use the Federal funding to construct and implement a non-standard flood mitigation and abatement system to rectify years of downtown flooding along First Avenue and Main Street. [FY23 appropriations] 

Murray County Sheriff’s Office ($317,500): The Murray County Sheriff’s Office will use the Federal funding to purchase new vehicles and equipment. These new vehicles will help the Murray County Sherriff’s Office better respond to high priority calls and help law enforcement do their job safely and effectively. [FY26 appropriations] 

Columbus Water Works ($3,120,000): Columbus Water Works will use the Federal funding to upgrade the South Columbus Water Resources facility, which serves the City of Columbus and Fort Benning. [FY26 appropriations] 

Columbus Consolidated Government ($216,000): The Columbus Consolidated Government will use the Federal funding to create a Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) program to strengthen health care services for families in Columbus. The program will pair a firefighter or EMT with a social worker to form a response unit to deliver in-home services. [FY26 appropriations]   

Columbus Technical College ($897,000): Columbus Technical College will use the Federal funding to help establish a new aviation maintenance technology training program and purchase the needed equipment and staffing for the first five courses. This is one of the first steps toward allowing students to achieve this certificate at home in Columbus. [FY26 appropriations] 

Columbus State University ($175,000): Columbus State University will use the Federal funding to preserve a growing collection of military history archives. According to the University, the funding will help Columbus State preserve records and support further research. [FY26 appropriations]  

Columbus State University ($550,000): Columbus State University will use the Federal funding to develop a curriculum for chips manufacturing and deliver a pipeline of technical talent to the chips industry. [FY24 appropriations] 

Columbus Consolidated Government ($139,000): The Columbus Consolidated Government will use the Federal funding to provide a mobile, integrated health care unit to support residents’ needs for emergency and non-emergency care. [FY24 appropriations] 

Fort Benning ($500,000): The Federal funding will be used for the planning and design of a new elementary school at Fort Benning. [FY24 appropriations] 

Springer Opera House Arts Association ($460,000): Springer Opera House Arts Association will use the Federal funding to repair the roof and drainage and the ventilation system of the Springer Opera House. [FY24 appropriations] 

United Way of the Chattahoochee Valley ($1,555,000): The United Way of the Chattahoochee Valley will use the Federal funding to conduct planning for the Chattahoochee Valley Megasite to boost economic growth and the standard of living across Middle Georgia. [FY24 appropriations] 

Columbus State University ($4,000,000): Columbus State University will use the Federal funding to expand the Space Science Center, including building new robotics facilities, classrooms, and offices. [FY23 appropriations] 

Columbus State University ($636,000): Columbus State University will use the Federal funding to expand STEM and Robotics opportunities for students in the Muscogee County School District. [FY22 appropriations] 

Newton County ($1,092,000): Newton County will use the Federal funding to upgrade the Alcovy River Pump Station by replacing asbestos pipes, mitigating the risk of exposure to PFAS and other contaminants and improving available water supply. [FY26 appropriations] 

Upper Oconee Basin Water Authority ($1,000,000): The Upper Oconee Basin Water Authority will use the Federal funding toward its ongoing projects to increase the water treatment center’s capacity for residents of Barrow, Jackson, and Oconee Counties. [FY24 appropriations] 

Fort Valley State University ($4,000,000): Fort Valley State University, alongside the University of Georgia, will use the Federal funding to fulfill land-grant missions by enhancing the capacity of Georgia’s poultry science industry through instruction, research, and workforce development. [FY23 appropriations] 

City of Byron ($651,000): The City of Byron will use the Federal funding to replace the water line, hydrants, and associated valves on Walker Road to reduce drinking water disruptions. [FY23 appropriations] 

CareConnect Health Inc. ($430,000): CareConnect Health will use the Federal funding for construction/expansion of 1,000 square feet to the existing facility of CareConnect Health Center. [FY22 appropriations] 

Candler Hospital, Inc ($1,080,000): Candler Hospital will use the Federal funding to construct new clinics and purchase new equipment for cancer treatment services in Southeast Georgia. [FY23 appropriations] 

Hospital Authority of Randolph County ($11,820,000): The Hospital Authority of Randolph County will use the Federal funding to help reopen the Southwest Georgia Regional Medical Center. [FY24 appropriations]  

Augusta/CSRA Habitat for Humanity ($1,850,000): Augusta/CSRA Habitat for Humanity will use the Federal funding to build new affordable homes in Augusta’s historic Turpin Hill neighborhood. [FY26 appropriations] 

Augusta University ($800,000): Augusta University will use the Federal funding to upgrade equipment at the Georgia Cancer Center, Augusta University’s cancer research center. [FY26 appropriations] 

Greater Augusta Black Chamber of Commerce Foundation ($500,000): The GABCC Foundation will use the Federal funding to support their Rural Small Business Impact Initiative, which provides training, technical assistance, and programming to small businesses and entrepreneurs in rural East Georgia. [FY26 appropriations] 

Augusta-Richmond County ($317,000): Augusta-Richmond County will use the Federal funding to help the Crisis Intervention Team program create a co-responder team in which mental health specialists (licensed mental health clinicians, certified peer specialists) pair with CIT trained law enforcement officers to better respond to emergencies involving people in mental health crises. [FY24 appropriations] 

Augusta-Richmond County ($690,000): Augusta-Richmond County will use the Federal funding to purchase new body-worn cameras (BWCs) and associated components to replace the outdated, low-cost system purchased by Richmond County in 2015. [FY24 appropriations] 

Richmond County ($1,500,000): Richmond County will use the Federal funding to build a state-of-the-art dual-purpose Emergency Operations Center/Training building. [FY24 appropriations] 

Fort Gordon ($26,000,000): The Federal funding will be used to ensure that Fort Gordon has adequate space and modern facilities to safely serve the childcare needs of military families. [FY23 appropriations] 

Fort Gordon ($2,100,000): The Federal funding will be used to enable the Georgia Army National Guard to consolidate units in the region and enhance the Guard’s ability to build readiness and lethality. [FY23 appropriations] 

The Greater Augusta Black Chamber of Commerce ($250,000): The Greater Augusta Black Chamber of Commerce will use the Federal funding for entrepreneur education, curriculum, and startup grants. [FY23 appropriations] 

Augusta University Medical Center ($3,512,000): Augusta University Medical Center will use the Federal funding to purchase and install two MRI machines in order to increase the capacity of MRI imaging. [FY22 appropriations] 

City of Conyers Police Department ($1,031,000): The City of Conyers Police Department will use the Federal funding to purchase new radio systems to better protect its residents and strengthen emergency response efforts. [FY26 appropriations] 

Rockdale County Board of Commissioners ($1,900,000): Rockdale County will use the Federal funding to help build a new senior center on the south side of Rockdale County. [FY26 appropriations] 

Rockdale County Board of Commissioners ($959,752): Rockdale County will use the Federal funding to replace the 50-year-old pump station and force main system at the Salem Lake Pump Station. [FY24 appropriations] 

Spalding County Sheriff’s Office ($175,000): The Spalding County Sheriff’s Office will use the Federal funding to upgrade the Spalding County Sheriff Office’s helicopter rescue infrastructure. [FY26 appropriations] 

City of Orchard Hill ($21,000): The City of Orchard Hill will use the Federal funding to expand internet access and digital literacy programs. [FY26 appropriations] 

Sumter County Sheriff’s Office ($503,000): The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office will use the Federal funding to help replace vehicles that have high mileage and require costly repairs, in order to strengthen public safety for families across Sumter County. [FY26 appropriations] 

Southwest Georgia Children’s Alliance, Inc. ($739,000): Southwest Georgia Children’s Alliance, Inc. will use the Federal funding to provide additional staff, training, and equipment that would support child and adult victims and witnesses of violent crimes in rural Georgia. [FY26 appropriations] 

One Sumter Economic Development Foundation, Inc. ($400,000): One Sumter Economic Development Foundation, Inc. will use the Federal funding to open a community park and event space for families in Americus, Georgia. [FY24 appropriations] 

One Sumter Economic Development Foundation, Inc. ($1,260,000): The One Sumter Economic Development Foundation will use the Federal funding to support planning, design, and construction of a new, outdoor event space and park in downtown Americus. [FY23 appropriations] 

Historic Campbell Chapel Restoration Committee ($496,000): The Historic Campbell Chapel Restoration Committee will use the Federal funding to renovate the historic church, a landmark for the Black community of Americus, Georgia. [FY23 appropriations] 

Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers ($1,100,000): The Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers will use the Federal funding to expand its Caregivers Database Program, which uses real-time, accurate, and open-access data to develop best practices for the nation’s 53 million caregivers, particularly those in Southwest Georgia. [FY22 appropriations] 

City of Thomasville ($1,200,000): The City of Thomasville will use the Federal funding to develop and implement phase one of the Wastewater Master Plan to address causes of inflow and infiltration into the municipal wastewater system. [FY23 appropriations] 

Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College ($790,000): Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College will use the Federal funding to equip classrooms with new equipment to train more teachers, with a goal of placing more teachers for rural Georgia school districts. [FY26 appropriations] 

Tift Regional Health System ($600,000): Tift Regional Health System will use the Federal funding to expand capacity and upgrade equipment for dialysis services in South Central Georgia. [FY24 appropriations] 

University of Georgia Research Foundation ($1,000,000): The University of Georgia Research Foundation will use the Federal funding to upgrade the equipment and infrastructure at the Tifton Veterinary Diagnostic and Investigational Laboratory. [FY24 appropriations] 

University of Georgia Research Foundation ($3,034,000): The University of Georgia Research Foundation will use the Federal funding to install an Integrated Precision Agriculture Demonstration Laboratory featuring flexible space for sensors, controls, building robots, demonstration, and electronics testing. [FY24 appropriations] 

Treutlen County Sheriff’s Office ($249,000): The Treutlen County Sheriff’s Office will use the Federal funding to help the Sheriff’s Office purchase in-car and body cameras and an interview room video camera that would be used to document operations and increase transparency in law enforcement. [FY26 appropriations] 

City of LaGrange ($1,150,000): The City of LaGrange will use the Federal funding to improve emergency services by helping the fire department purchase a new Aerial ladder truck. [FY26 appropriations] 

LaGrange College ($214,000): LaGrange College will use the Federal funding to expand the capacity of the nursing program to serve additional students, including the purchase of equipment. [FY24 appropriations] 

Community Health Care Systems, Inc. ($472,000): Community Health Care Systems, Inc. will use the Federal funding to expand its mobile vision services for school-based clinics in Twiggs, Johnson, Baldwin, and Hancock Counties with limited access to eye care, including to support monthly eye clinics at schools and outreach to rural areas, ensuring students receive necessary vision care without missing school. [FY26 appropriations]

Town of Danville ($59,000): The town of Danville will use the Federal funding to acquire a new fire truck for the Danville, GA Fire Department. [FY23 appropriations] 

Union County Hospital Authority ($2,000,000): Union County Hospital Authority will use the Federal funding to purchase a Cardiac CT Scanner, which will improve care for patients with chest pain as well as patients who have suffered from a heart attack or stroke. [FY26 appropriations] 

Satilla Advocacy Services ($92,000): Satilla Advocacy Services will use the Federal funding to outfit five forensic interview rooms with digital video and audio recording equipment. This will help ensure service providers and law enforcement have access to a comprehensive, reliable, and time-stamped record of a survivor’s testimony and supporting efforts to prevent further domestic violence crimes. [FY26 appropriations] 

Community Health Care Systems ($132,000): Community Health Care Systems will use the Federal funding to purchase barrier-free bariatric lift tables and wheelchair scales to mitigate the risk of falling and injury to patients and increase access to care. [FY24 appropriations] 

Whitfield County Board of Commissioners ($92,000): Whitfield County Board of Commissioners will use the Federal funding to purchase a van for the Whitfield County Senior Center, helping provide seniors the opportunity to participate in the Senior Center’s monthly daytrips around the community. [FY26 appropriations] 

Dalton State College ($556,000): Dalton State College will use the Federal funding to expand the pipeline of teacher training for paraprofessionals to become educators in Northwest Georgia. [FY26 appropriations] 

Whitfield County Board of Commissioners ($1,000,000): Whitfield County will use the Federal funding to improve existing sewer service and expand to 344 acres of undeveloped land that is planned for future suburban and urban development. [FY24 appropriations] 

Dalton State College ($361,000): Dalton State College will use the Federal funding to upgrade and enhance current simulation technology and expand simulation equipment and opportunities for Dalton State College’s School of Health Professions. [FY23 appropriations] 

City of Allentown ($455,000): The City of Allentown will use the Federal funding to make improvements to the Allentown Fire Station. [FY23 appropriations] 

Town of Danville ($59,000): The town of Danville will use the Federal funding to acquire a new fire truck for the Danville, GA Fire Department. [FY23 appropriations] 

City of McIntyre and Wilkinson County ($6,300,000): The City of McIntyre and Wilkinson County will use the Federal funding to help complete the first public sewer system in Wilkinson County. [FY22 appropriations] 

Crisp Regional Center ($580,000): Crisp Regional Center will use the Federal funding to construct a Modular Clinic in Warwick, GA, to increase critical care, nursing, and chronic care capacity. [FY24 appropriations] 

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers/Trust for Public Land ($750,000): USACE and the Trust for Public Land will use the Federal funding to begin the Chattahoochee River Act’s implementation planning, which will identify projects for construction along the Chattahoochee River Basin. [FY26 appropriations] 

United Way of the Chattahoochee Valley, Inc. ($2,000,000): United Way of the Chattahoochee Valley will use the Federal funding to expand 211 coverage in Georgia to serve as a critical resource to families and provide urgent information on how to prepare or respond to a disaster. [FY26 appropriations] 

Georgia Council for Recovery ($357,000): Georgia Council for Recovery and its partner, Georgia Overdose Prevention, will use the Federal funding to install more Naloxone Distribution Boxes (NDBs) across Georgia, which are boxes, receptacles, and vending machines community members can access to obtain naloxone. [FY26 appropriations] 

Synergies Work, Inc. ($475,000): Synergies Work will use the Federal funding to expand entrepreneurship training and resources for Georgians with disabilities. [FY26 appropriations] 

Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce ($189,000): The Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will use the Federal funding to help small business owners earn new certifications and grow their businesses. [FY26 appropriations] 

Georgia Historical Society ($168,000): The Georgia Historical Society will use the Federal funding to support public engagement, collection, and digitization of community records. [FY24 appropriations] 

The Giving Kitchen Initiative ($250,000): The Giving Kitchen Initiative will use the Federal funding to expand outreach and financial assistance to vulnerable food service workers and their families facing unanticipated hardships to prevent homelessness. [FY24 appropriations] 

John and Lillian Miles Lewis Foundation, Inc. ($595,000): The John and Lillian Miles Lewis Foundation will use the Federal funding to curate, digitize, and encourage public engagement with the archives of John Lewis, honoring his life and profound legacy. [FY24 appropriations] 

University of Georgia ($250,000): The University of Georgia will use the Federal funding to help small businesses across Georgia access new funding opportunities. [FY24 appropriations] 

Criminal Justice Coordinating Council ($3,093,000): The Criminal Justice Coordinating Council will use the Federal funding to increase resources available for victims of domestic violence, stalking and assault. [FY23 appropriations] 

University of Georgia Small Business Development Center ($100,000): UGA will use the Federal funding to expand access to online small businesses training programs. [FY23 appropriations] 

Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Georgia ($50,000): The Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Georgia will use the Federal funding to provide Pregnant Women and Postpartum Women in Georgia with Perinatal Care Packages. [FY23 appropriations] 

GA Department of Transportation ($8,000,000): GDOT will use the Federal funding to begin the first key study to determine feasibility of a high-speed rail link between Atlanta and Savannah. [FY22 appropriations]
