READOUT: Sen. Ossoff Meets with Japanese Ambassador to the U.S.

Washington, D.C. –—This week, U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff met with Ambassador of Japan to the United States Koji Tomita. 

Sen. Ossoff and Amb. Tomita discussed opportunities to strengthen the vital U.S.-Japan alliance, as well as regional and global security and economic issues including Russia’s brutal military aggression in Ukraine, energy security, digital cooperation, and cybersecurity.

Sen. Ossoff and Amb. Tomita expressed their shared desire to work together to deepen cooperation between the United States and Japan.
