Applications for the Position of U.S. Attorney

The Constitution gives United States Senators the responsibility of providing advice and consent to the President on federal judicial nominations. One important part of this role is that Senators recommend individuals to the President to serve as U.S. District Court Judges, as well as U.S. Attorneys and U.S. Marshals.

Those interested in being considered for appointment for the vacancies of U.S. Attorneys for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia should apply by Friday, May 2 at 5 p.m. ET.
