Sen. Ossoff Launches Official Constituent-Focused Senate Website in English & Spanish

Website will make it easy for Georgians to access services

Washington, D.C. —Today, Georgia U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff launched his official U.S. Senate website focused on helping Georgians navigate the Federal Government and its vast array of resources.

The new constituent-focused website is available in English and Spanish. The site underwent an A11y Project audit for compliance with the AA level of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)to ensure accessibility.

“The new is designed to make it easier for constituents to access service — in both English and Spanish,” Sen. Ossoff said. “I invite Georgians who require help with Social Security, the VA, the IRS, passport services and more to visit — I work for you, and my team and I are here to serve.”

The website makes it easy for Georgians to request assistance from Sen. Ossoff’s office with a variety of government services, including veterans, servicemembers, and military families seeking help with the VA and veterans’ benefits, seniors needing assistance with Social Security and Medicare, Georgians needing help with passports, visas, taxes and the IRS, young people seeking a nomination to attend a service academy, and more.

Since being sworn in, Sen. Ossoff has focused on helping Georgians navigate the complex and often confusing Federal bureaucracy. Since taking office, Sen. Ossoff and his staff have helped small business owners, veterans, seniors, and taxpayers claim nearly $1 million lost in bureaucratic systems.

The new website is also fully accessible for people who use only keyboard navigation, people who experience complete or partial vision and hearing loss that affects their ability to navigate websites, and for the users of screen readers.

Visitors can also find news and video updates on Sen. Ossoff’s latest actions, find links to the Senator’s legislative record, and subscribe to official updates by email.
