Ossoff brought Republicans and Democrats together to&nbsp;deliver resources that will&nbsp;help the City of Cordele stop sewer system overflows.&nbsp;These new&nbsp;Federal&nbsp;resources will&nbsp;help&nbsp;the&nbsp;city&nbsp;upgrade their wastewater lift stations,&nbsp;aimed at&nbsp;helping&nbsp;prevent sewer spills and backups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sen. Ossoff is delivering $250,000&nbsp;for the project through bipartisan government funding legislation that became law on&nbsp;January 23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEvery town in Georgia deserves safe, effective water infrastructure,\u201d&nbsp;<strong>said Sen. Ossoff.<\/strong>&nbsp;\u201cThat\u2019s why I bought Republicans and Democrats together to upgrade water infrastructure in Cordele.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThank you for helping us promote growth in Highway 300 and Interstate 75 area. These funds will help support the residential and commercial growth around this rapidly growing area,\u201d&nbsp;<strong>said J.
