Ossoff brought Republicans and Democrats together to&nbsp;help expand&nbsp;violence prevention programs in Atlanta public schools.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sen. Ossoff is delivering resources to&nbsp;CHRIS&nbsp;180 to help expand their violence prevention work in Atlanta public schools. Project Prevent School Violence aims to provide mental health support, family resources, and training for teachers and staff in Atlanta public schools&nbsp;with&nbsp;increased risk for violence.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sen. Ossoff is delivering $528,000&nbsp;for the project through&nbsp;bipartisan government funding legislation that became law on&nbsp;January&nbsp;23.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Too many&nbsp;young&nbsp;Georgians encounter violence within their community,&#8221;&nbsp;<strong>Sen. Ossoff said.<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8220;That&#8217;s why I brought Republicans and Democrats together to strengthen public safety by funding prevention programs that will help combat violence and keep Fulton County safe.&#8221;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cProject Prevent School Violence is a critical investment in mental health as a foundational support for students across greater Atlanta.
