Ossoff\u2019s \u201cSolar Energy Manufacturing for America Act\u201d<\/em><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Expanded solar plant created 510 jobs<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dalton, Ga.<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2014 U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff today released the following statement&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ajc.com\/news\/breaking-solar-giant-qcells-says-dalton-factory-expansion-is-complete\/7FBZRFZMUFHPTESUYDTW5BMH4U\/\">on news of Qcells completing<\/a>&nbsp;its solar manufacturing plant expansion in Dalton, Georgia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In January, Qcells announced a historic&nbsp;$2.5 billion investment in Georgia, including an expansion of its Dalton facility,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.canarymedia.com\/articles\/solar\/qcells-to-invest-2-5b-in-building-out-us-solar-supply-chain\">crediting<\/a>&nbsp;Sen. Ossoff\u2019s&nbsp;<em>Solar Energy Manufacturing for America Act<\/em>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ossoff.senate.gov\/es\/press-releases\/breaking-sen-ossoffs-landmark-legislation-to-supercharge-american-solar-manufacturing-signed-into-law\/\">becoming law<\/a>&nbsp;for making the investment possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhen I wrote and passed the<em>&nbsp;Solar Energy Manufacturing for America Act<\/em>, it was with this exact goal in mind.
