Ossoff successfully brought Republicans and Democrats in Congress together to support the design of a new consolidated communication facility.&nbsp;According to the Marine Corps, the project will eventually provide the installation with a dedicated communications facility to more efficiently support the vital Marine Corps logistics mission.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m working to upgrade Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany\u2019s communications facilities to strengthen national security and support this vital Georgia installation,\u201d\u00a0<strong>Sen. Ossoff said.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Without this new facility, according to officials, MCLB Albany would face limitations to its critical logistics capabilities, damaging national security and military readiness.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sen.
