Ossoff paid tribute to the Georgians who were murdered on March 16, 2021, their families, and the entire Asian American community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTo all Asian Americans in Georgia, please know that I am here to serve you, and I stand with you in defiance of hatred and bigotry and intimidation,\u201d&nbsp;<strong>Sen. Ossoff said.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last year, Sen. Ossoff&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ossoff.senate.gov\/es\/press-releases\/sen-ossoff-working-to-improve-access-to-fbi-resources-and-services-in-other-languages\/\">launched an inquiry<\/a>&nbsp;urging FBI Director Christopher Wray to ensure all communities have access to the information and guidance the FBI disseminates by providing increased access to multilingual resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2022, during a U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Sen. Ossoff&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=mFwMWmzpYUo\">asked<\/a>&nbsp;the FBI Director to ensure the agency is providing information and services in multiple languages to protect the health and security of all communities in Georgia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2021, in response to the Atlanta Spa Shootings, Sen. Ossoff helped pass the bipartisan&nbsp;<em>COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act<\/em>, which strengthened Department of Justice enforcement of COVID-19-related hate crimes against Asian Americans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/LpqIuMj_J5k\"><strong>Click here to watch Sen.
