Due to complications, he later went into a coma for nearly two years, but miraculously woke up on Christmas Day in 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite the many obstacles thrown his way, Horton went on to&nbsp;<a>found<\/a>&nbsp;the Blind Squirrel Nut Company in Warner Robins, Georgia, which sells a variety of Georgia-grown pecans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/118\/crec\/2023\/02\/28\/169\/38\/CREC-2023-02-28-pt1-PgS525-2.pdf\"><strong>Please find Sen.
