Ossoff to prevent employers from silencing survivors of sexual abuse and harassment in the workplace through non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) passed the key U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bipartisan bill makes these NDAs unenforceable in sexual assault and harassment cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More than one-third of U.S. workers are bound by these NDAs, which allow predatory behavior to continue in the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThose who have been subjected to workplace sexual harassment or sexual assault in Georgia or anywhere in this country should never be silenced by their employment agreements,\u201d<strong>&nbsp;Sen. Ossoff said.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sen. Ossoff continues his work to strengthen protections for survivors of sexual abuse in all forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last month, Sen. Ossoff introduced the bipartisan&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ossoff.senate.gov\/es\/press-releases\/sens-ossoff-grassley-introduce-bipartisan-bill-to-protect-children-from-online-predators-sexual-exploitation\/\"><em>Preventing Child Sex Abuse Act of 2022<\/em><\/a>to protect children from online predators and combat child sexual exploitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In June, Sen.
