Warnock Secure Funding to Upgrade Georgia School Buses"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Funding will upgrade 21 school buses, improve air quality<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Washington, D.C.<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2014 U.S. Senators Reverend Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff secured over $500,000 to upgrade Georgia school buses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The funding will replace 21 diesel-fueled school buses across Cobb, Dodge, and Fulton Counties with buses that meet updated emissions standards, reducing air pollution and ensuring Georgia students can get to and from school safely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThese upgraded school buses will help Georgia kids get to school more safely and reduce air pollution. I\u2019ll keep working to deliver the best for Georgia\u2019s children,\u201d&nbsp;<strong>Sen. Ossoff said<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\u201cI\u2019m proud to champion investments that will green our yellow school buses and improve air quality for our students traveling to and from school, while also supporting good-paying jobs in Georgia. Ossoff and Warnock\u2019s continued work to ensure Georgia public school students have safe, modern learning environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In November, President Biden signed the Sen.
