Ossoff was a co-sponsor of the&nbsp;<em>Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act&nbsp;<\/em>to end forced arbitration for survivors of sexual assault and harassment and give them the chance to bring their case to court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sen. Ossoff championed passage of the legislation and had been urging Senate leadership to bring it to a vote. He helped advance the legislation out of the Senate Judiciary Committee last fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI championed this bill to ensure Georgians aren\u2019t prevented by their employment contracts from seeking justice for workplace sexual assault and harassment,\u201d&nbsp;<strong>Sen.
